This notice describes the current PcPart24 manufacturing enquiry service operated from Bao'an, Shenzhen, China.
Information you submit
We collect your contact details, company (if supplied), delivery country and postal code, project specifications and uploaded design files to review requirements, prepare quotations and manage requested manufacturing work. Technical request metadata is used for access control and abuse prevention.
Manufacturing partners
Relevant project files and specifications may be shared with manufacturing partners in China for quotation, manufacturability review and production. Contact and delivery details may be shared with shipping providers when needed to fulfill an agreed order. Submit only material you are authorized to share. Do not upload projects that require access restrictions we have not agreed to meet.
Storage and access
Design files are stored outside the public web directory on our hosting server. Access is limited to authenticated administrators and holders of the private project link. The link acts as an access credential: anyone you give it to can view the project and download its files. TLS protects data in transit. This service does not currently claim independent security certification, automatic circuit verification or a negotiated NDA.
Retention and requests
Project information is retained for quotation, order fulfillment, support and necessary transaction records. If you need a defined deletion schedule, NDA or processing agreement, request it in your enquiry before sending sensitive files. To request access, correction or deletion, submit a new enquiry marked “Privacy request” using the same contact email and include the original project reference. Do not repeat confidential design files; a text file with the reference is sufficient. Requests are reviewed by the operator, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Cookies and third parties
The portal uses an essential session cookie for form protection and administrator sign-in. This release does not embed third-party advertising or analytics. Hosting infrastructure and manufacturing partners may process data in different countries; submitting a destination in the EU does not imply EU-only storage.
