Enquiries and quotations

PcPart24 is an independent manufacturing coordination service based in Shenzhen, China. Uploading files creates an enquiry; it does not place a manufacturing order. Prices, manufacturing scope, shipping method, production estimates and quotation validity are confirmed in a written project quotation. Supplier names or available processes do not imply official affiliation or blanket authorization.

Approval and payment

Quotation acceptance records your approval of that quotation version. No payment is taken by the current website. Seller identity, payment instructions, applicable tax treatment and any additional contractual terms must be confirmed before payment. Production begins only after payment receipt, file review and supplier acceptance. Do not send payment using instructions that have not been verified.

Design responsibility and changes

You retain responsibility for your design, ownership rights, intended use and the accuracy of supplied files. A manufacturability check is not a guarantee of electrical function or product certification. Programming, functional testing, tolerances, inspection and component substitution require explicit agreement. Changes after approval may require a new quotation and affect delivery or cancellation costs.

Shipping and import charges

Current quotations use DAP delivery terms to the quoted destination. Import duties, VAT/GST and destination clearance or collection charges are excluded unless an expressly agreed quotation specifies otherwise. DAP does not remove the seller's applicable statutory tax obligations. The recipient must be able to import the goods. Transit estimates exclude manufacturing time unless stated otherwise and are subject to carrier and customs processing.

Cancellation, defects and refunds

Cancellation and remedy options depend on the actual production stage and the applicable agreement and law. Custom manufacturing may incur irreversible supplier costs after acceptance. If a project cannot be fulfilled, it is paused for review and an agreed remedy; this website does not automatically substitute parts, reorder or issue refunds. Report a discrepancy with the project reference, photos and agreed inspection criteria promptly through a new enquiry.

Acceptable projects

Do not submit classified, unlawfully obtained or export-restricted material that cannot legally be transferred to our manufacturing partners. Batteries, hazardous materials, regulated end products and safety-critical applications require specific acceptance before ordering. We may decline projects outside available manufacturing or shipping capabilities.
