One master configuration, one affected slave type and one primary symptom. Start with a non-confidential summary; we confirm whether the available evidence is suitable.

A written finding

A concise English report distinguishing observations, likely configuration discrepancies, unresolved questions and prioritized next tests. Include a mapping comparison where relevant.

A bounded first step

Up to 90 minutes of offline engineering review plus one written clarification round about the report. Larger integrations, further investigation and development receive a separate scope.

What to prepare

Master stack, OS, device model and firmware versions.
Requested state, actual AL status and expected / actual WKC.
A slave list and the configuration or capture types available.
The specific question you need the review to answer.

After agreeing authorization and a transfer method, relevant ESI / ENI files, mapping tables, logs or a short capture can support the review. Do not send credentials, full proprietary codebases or customer data in the initial enquiry.

Scope and commercial terms

The $149 USD pilot price applies only after we agree that the question and evidence fit this scope. Any applicable tax, payment method, delivery date, acceptance criteria and cancellation terms are confirmed in the written quote before payment.

This is a paid investigation with a findings report. A confirmed root cause, a firmware fix, remote machine access, hardware testing and production commissioning are outside this pilot scope. Additional work starts only after a separate agreement.

We first assess project fit. If the materials are unsuitable for this review, we propose a different scope or decline the engagement before taking payment.
