Where does my order ship from?
The products in this catalog ship from suppliers in China. We do not promise US warehouse stock or domestic dispatch. We arrange the supplier order after verified customer payment; supplier payment and preparation must complete before shipment.
How much is US shipping?
Each product page lets you check current shipping services using quantity, country and ZIP code. No contact details are needed for this first check. A dated US example may also be shown for one item to New York ZIP 10001. It is a reference, not a price for every US address. Examples expire after 48 hours.
Item price and shipping appear separately before payment. Actual availability, item price and shipping are rechecked during checkout. Import duties, destination taxes and clearance charges are additional unless expressly included. Applicable seller obligations remain unaffected.
When will it arrive?
The carrier transit range is shown with available shipping services. It starts after supplier preparation and does not include customs delays. Supplier preparation time is not currently confirmed, so we do not give a guaranteed arrival date. Contact us before ordering if you have a deadline.
How do I pay and track the order?
Review your address, logistics option and total, then continue to PayPal. A redirect or return alone does not confirm payment; the store verifies the transaction with PayPal. Save the private order link shown during checkout. Use it to check payment and shipment, or visit Track order with your order reference and access key. Automatic order emails are not currently available.
What if I need help or a return?
Email pcchinawang@gmail.com with your order reference. For damage, an incorrect item or a fault, include clear photos. For unused items, contact us within 14 days of delivery to request return instructions. Do not send a return to the parcel address without instructions. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the buyer; for a confirmed incorrect or faulty item, we arrange the remedy and reasonable return costs.
Refunds go to the original payment method after the return or agreed remedy is verified. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. The full order terms describe cancellation, import charges and returns.
